One of the UK’s leading tile training facilities based in Armthorpe, Doncaster is proving a popular choice with a wide range of students – whether they want to use their new skills at home or create a new career.
The Tile Training Centre with its purpose built individual training areas and courses delivered by professional in the industry, is also helping to guide newly qualified tilers towards employment.
Many former students are now working on projects as diverse as housing developments, hotels, showrooms and swimming pools.
The Centre offers two, five and ten day courses throughout the year, specifically tailored to the level and range of skills required – whether for personal home application or professional contracts.
Bathroom, kitchen, conservatory, wall and floor tiling can be expertly taught, bringing with it the confidence to embark on a professional tiling career.
Ryan Mckeown of the Tile Training Centre said this week:
“Some students come to us because they want to create or complete a DIY project at home, others want to take a new direction in employment and need to learn a new skill to do that.”
“In two weeks we can communicate a respected and useful skill that is very much in demand in all areas of development and construction.”
